FEES AND CHARGES FOR SERVICES TO GOVERNMENT AGENCIES
Effective 1 July 2020
The State Records Office charges for the handling, storage, retrieval and management of temporary and permanent records in its custody. These charges enable recovery of costs incurred by the State Records Office to carry out these functions.
The State Records Office charges fees for the following services to Government Agencies:
Transfer Services – a one-off fee for the receipt and handling of transfers of permanent records.
Government Loans – fees for the retrieval of both temporary records and State archives for loan to government agencies. Overdue and late return fees apply for records not returned by the due date.
Please note: Invoices for all services are issued quarterly.
