Excitement is building for the Eating the Archives luncheon on 28th October 2011 - one of the highlights of the Commonwealth Festival Perth 2011 program. Staff are making energetic preparations to the sound of Just Sax, one of Perth's best young saxophone quartets, who will be providing the live music for the event.

Gerard Foley Tuesday, September 13, 2011 - 11:03Today we have launched our new online exhibition and event – Eating the Archives!
The new website starts with an “appetiser"– a small collection of food-related stories from our collection, as well as video of chef Hadleigh Troy beginning his research to reinterpret historic menus to develop a modern, fresh banquet for the event which will be held in the Cultural Centre on 28th October 2011.
